The sections of the Country Reports are based on data that Teacherworld.net had available when preparing and uploading and users are advised that some Reports may contain data that is out-of-date and pending revision. However, every effort is being made to add the latest and most important changes that occur in each countries' TEFL market.
As an aid to the user in comparing TEFL markets between countries, Teacherworld.net offers indicative ratings of the TEFL sector in each country according to our available data on types of employers, regulation procedures, teaching skills required, qualification requirements and pay and work conditions. It is stresssed that these ratings are only indicative of the data that we had available at the time of uploading the Report, and that users should not take the Report or the ratings as a definitive guide to the state of the TEFL market but see the Report and ratings as starting points for further research of countries of interest to the user. Users are advised to take professional advice before entering into any contractual commitments for work overseas, and users are further advised to seek official advice on travel warnings before leaving for foreign countries.
